The most intimate double bedroom, but enjoying all the comforts like the other rooms of the B & B. It wraps with its antique pink color and for this it takes its name from our most mellow and sparkling wine.
One of the most spacious and comfortable rooms of our B & B, the bedroom presents the possibility of adding a cot and the choice of a double bed or two separate beds. Its green color recalls the nuances of our vines in summer and makes the stay relaxing and serene.
This room in shades of blue wants to bring harmony and tranquility, the sensations you have when you admire the landscape from our panoramic terrace while sipping a good glass of wine.

The winery offers two beautiful hiking trails among its wineyards, following the famous poet Francesco Petrarca’s steps. These alternative trail tracks make it possible to start a journey in close harmony with the vines and their fruit, in order to enjoy the full magic hiding behind the production of a bottle of wine.
Every visitor can choose between two different tracks: an easy 1,6km long itinerary and a longer one of 2,8 Km.
Along the way, always marked by apposite signs, it will be possible to stop and admire the vast Matildic feud including the Castle of Guardasone, a XII century manor owned by the Counts of Canossa and theater of many battles that includes, among its numerous and important hosts, Francesco Petrarca: writer, poet and founder of Humanism, who stopped here in 1341.
From the top of the hill, a panoramic view includes the remains of the medieval castle of Canossa built in the Xth century, where Ludovico Ariosto, author of the poem “Orlando Furioso”, lived for many months. Right next to it stands the castle of Rossena, the most fascinating and best-preserved of the entire area; it stands on a red volcanic cliff dominating a unique landscape, embracing a vast part of the Emilia plains and the Tuscan mountain ridge.
Among the many varieties of plants, (Malvasia, Bonarda, Barbera..) stands out a very old vine that was planted more than 50 years ago by the world famous tenor Gianni Raimondi.
Along the path, the beautiful Villa del Monte, built in a XX century liberty style, used as a military hospital during the Second World War.
At the end of the trail, it is possible to stop at the winery for a guided tasting of our products. Both experiences can be guided by an expert hiking guide who will further explore the local flora and fauna, the long history of the Guardasone hill, the local products and grape varieties and many other themes.
The hiking trails can always be carried out autonomously, although we usually recommend to contact the winery in order to have more information concerning the accessibility of the trails based on the weather conditions and to reserve a wine tasting or a tour of the winery.
